Sober Nation is a community of Live Nation employees dedicated to destigmatizing sobriety and fostering inclusive spaces in the music industry—offering support and honest conversations around navigating sobriety at work and beyond.
2. Employee Driven Change
During COVID, Venue Marketing leader Chris Ozment recognized the need for mental health support for employees in recovery. Six months later, that idea became a reality with the launch of Sober Nation.
3. Working Together with Artists
Through a partnership with Stand Together Music, Sober Nation creates internal spaces where artists can authentically share their stories of sobriety and resilience.
