For Women, By Women: STAGES Kicks Off a New Kind of Conversation

KEY TAKEAWAYS
STAGES, a new Live Nation Women initiative, supports employees through key life stages.
Kick-off event focused on the evolving landscape of fertility and family planning.
Live Nation’s Taking Care of Our Own Program supports women and families at every stage through things like fertility and family-building benefits.
Live Nation Women continued its mission of supporting and elevating women across the company and industry with the launch of STAGES, an initiative focused on the unique stages of a woman’s life — offering support through conversations, resources, and solutions.
STAGES brings together employees, industry partners, artists, and the broader community through a series of internal and external events centered on three pivotal life stages: Fertility and Family Planning, The Motherhood Spectrum, and Midlife and Menopause.
While centered on women’s experiences, STAGES is intentionally inclusive, inviting all employees to listen, learn, and engage.

STAGES launched during Women’s History Month on March 18 with an in-person event that was also recorded for replay. Led by Live Nation Women President Ali Harnell, the conversation explored the evolving landscape of fertility and family planning. The discussion featured Amy Weinblum (SVP, Growing Generations), Kendall Shinmoto (Sr Mgr, Ticketmaster Client Marketing), Tara Traub (SVP, Live Nation Global Touring), and Virginia Bunetta (Founder, G Major Mgmt), who engaged in an open and thoughtful conversation on the topic.
